Mitavite Clinic by ANDERS GULSTAD

The first Mitavite Clinic for 2009 was held on the 24th - 26th March at Selangor Turf Club Equestrian Centre by Anders Gulstad.

"Anders Gulstad is educated as a professional trainer from the Danish Riding Association. He has since then been active as a professional rider and trainer in Norway and Denmark.

Anders runs his own training centre in Jutland,Denmark where horses are educated up to high level dressage and jumping.

Anders gives jumping and dressage clinics at his training centre Stald Gulstad in addition to clinics in Norway,Denmark and Holland.

He is competing at Grand Prix level in showjumping and teaches students from pony riders to Grand Prix level in jumping as well as dressage. "

Mitavite Clinic starts from 7am-11am for the morning session and 4pm-6pm for the afternoon session.We had 13 riders including 4 Team Mitavite riders participated in the 3 days clinic.

There were 7 groups altogether and each groups ( private lessons,group of 2 riders and group of 3 riders ) get their lesson's slot according to the schedule that was prepared by STCEC.
Before Anders starts his lesson,he will ask each riders about their horses and their problems and studied them.

We get positive feedbacks from all riders & here are some of the comments from the riders...

"Anders is very approachable and lot of fun too and we all love him for that especially the knowledge that he has given to us....priceless ! "....

"we want him back in KL soon"..

"please arrange for him to come back..."

The clinic which was planned for 3 days has to be extended to one more day due to few requests for private lessons from the participants.

Overall,it was a successfull clinic and the riders hope to see Anders back in Malaysia for more clinics.
